London & Continental Railways (LCR) has appointed twentyretail as the lettings agent for the remaining retail and catering units at St Pancras International in London.

Twentyretail, which was set up by Richard Wassell, the former joint founder of CWM, beat CBRE and Donaldsons to get the appointment.

St Pancras is due to open on November 14 following an £800m restoration. Space at the redevelopment has already been taken by retailers including Monsoon, W H Smith, Hamleys and Starbucks. Marks & Spencer will locate its first station-based combined food and clothing store at the station.

There are ten units remaining to be let.

Project director at LCR Mike Luddy said: ‘The potential of St Pancras International has clearly been recognised by a wide range of quality outlets. We have appointed twentyretail to identify interesting operators for the final units.’
