Twin UK lettings for Schroder REIT

UK-focussed Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust has secured two office lettings totalling close to 55,000 sq ft.

BUPA Insurance Services has taken a 10-year lease with no break clause on 45,545 sq ft at Victory House, next to Brighton station.

Elsewhere, recruitment firm Talent Works International has taken a 10-year lease with no break clause on 9,300 sq ft at The Lakes in Northampton.
