Two senior appointments for JLL PDS team

JLL has announced the appointment of two new directors, Aimee Baker and Dalene Kyzer in its project and development services (PDS) team.

Kyzer joins JLL from project management firm Quantem where she was a partner and brings extensive experience of leading large-scale residential and commercial projects. Her past clients include Native Land, Grosvenor, Helical Bar, EPR Architects, Allies and Morrison, and Roundhouse and her new role will see her focus on cost management for investor clients.
