Restaurant chain Smollensky has sold two restaurants - in Canary Wharf and on the Strand in London to Kornicis Group.
Smollensky’s restaurants were part of The Grill Group which went into administration earlier this year.
Administrators BDO Stoy Hayward appointed advisors Christie & Co who arranged the sale of the sites.
Kornicis Group, the investment vehicle of Nick Tamblyn who is the former chief executive of Chorion will continue to operate the restaurants under the Smollensky brand.
Smollensky's restaurant in South Croydon was previously sold to restaurateur and chef Malcolm John through Christie& Co in October.
