UBS buys student accommodation for £58.9m

UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) Real Estate & Private Markets has bought a student accommodation asset in Nottingham for £59.8m.

The property, which can house 483 students across 340 dwellings, was purchased from the Toscafund-backed group Tosca Mill 1 via its investment in Mabec.
