UBS Triton Property Fund

UBS Triton Property Fund and Exemplar Properties have signed an agreement with the City of London to redevelop 62 Queen Street, EC2. The Rolfe Judd-designed scheme will have 75,500 sq ft (7,014 sq m) of offices. Knight Frank and Morgan Pepper are letting agents.
