UBS warns top REITs are heavily exposed to failing retailers

About 20% of the floor space in the 50 shopping centres owned by Landsec, British Land, Hammerson and intu is let to retailers that are shrinking or have entered administration or company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) in recent years, according to research by analysts at UBS.
