U+I acquires Finsbury Park's Arts Building for office conversion

Arts Building U+I

U+I has acquired the Arts Building in Finsbury Park for an estimated £15m with plans to convert the warehouse space into offices.

On completion of the refurbishment of the 57,000 sq ft five-storey building built in 2014, the current warehouse-style building will offer affordable office space targeting the creative sector, located 100m from Finsbury Park station.

It has been acquired off-market from current tenant picture-framing firm John Jones, which has used it for offices and workshops. Knight Frank advised the vendor and Pilcher Hershman acted for U+I.
