UK Coal has appointed Sue Anderson from Halifax Bank of Scotland to join its property team and manage two of its key development sites.
Sue Anderson joins Harworth Estates, UK Coal’s property arm, to head up the management company structures of the Prince of Wales site development and the proposed Waverley scheme currently being considered by Rotherham Council.
The sites will lead to the construction of over 5,000 homes in total.

‘The demand for new housing and new jobs has only been subdued by the financial turmoil around the globe; it will re-emerge and we want to be ready to help meet the demand for new homes and new jobs by re-energising sites and communities that have felt the impact of impact of losing their traditional industries.’
