UK landlords spent an average £25,000 to meet 2025 EPC deadlines

UK landlords have spent over £25,000 on average to improve their properties to meet the previously proposed Energy Performance Certificate 2025 deadline, which was scrapped last week by prime minister Rishi Sunak, according to financial services company Shawbrook.
