Ukranian property group KDD is planning to list on AIM, it revealed today.

London is becoming an increasing popular choice for Caucasian property groups looking for primary or dual listings. In the past year, several Russian firms have listed in London, most recently LSR and Teorama.

International investors

KDD has a portfolio of eight development projects in the Kyiv area, in the office, retail, mixed-use and residential sectors. An independent report by Colliers International estimated the value of the portfolio at $908m (£441m).

‘Our admission to AIM will allow international investors to participate in potential growth opportunities in the Ukrainian real estate market,’ Petro Slipets, KDD President, said.

KDD has appointed ING and Renaissance Capital as the joint-Global Coordinators and bookrunners in relation to the offering.

ING has also been appointed as the nominated advisor to KDD.
