Clothing manufacturer Uneek Clothing has taken 136,000 sq ft at Wirral Business Park in Upton, Merseyside.
The company has signed up for a 10 year lease on the distribution unit from landlord Bluemantle.
Uneek is relocating its distribution facilities to the north west. Its head office is in St Albans, Hertfordshire.

Phil Morley, associate director in JLL’s industrial team in its Manchester office, said Uneek’s relocation showed that Upton remained an established industrial location in the north west.
