Unicef to relocate UK HQ to Stratford

Unicef UK has signed an agreement with Lendlease and London and Continental Railways to occupy 25,000 sq ft at the International Quarter London (IQL) in Stratford.

The organisation will relocate its London headquarters into the 1 Westfield Avenue building at the gateway to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.         

Unicef UK is currently based on Great Sutton Street in Clerkenwell, which is home to more than 300 staff. It will take space at the two top floors at 1 Westfield Avenue, joining the Financial Conduct Authority, Cancer Research UK, the British Council and Transport for London.
