Unite buys Nottingham student site

Unite Students accommodation at Grand Central in Liverpool

Unite Students has bought a site in Nottingham with planning consent for a £34m 270-bed scheme.

The scheme will open for the 2024/25 academic year and the direct-let development is expected to deliver a yield on cost of 7%.
