United News to offload £72m property

The £66.2m sale and leaseback of United News & Media’s ‘Express building’ at 245 Blackfriars Road in London, and the group’s Tonbridge office at £6m, represent the final stage in a three-year strategy to dispose of all of its freehold UK property holdings.
