Urban & Civic agrees to £506m recommended cash offer from The Wellcome Trust

Urban & Civic has accepted the terms of a recommend cash offer by The Wellcome Trust Limited, as trustee of the Wellcome Trust, in a deal that values the property developer at £506m.
