Urban Logistics has sold a 130,508 sq ft warehouse in Nuneaton for £8.1m to an Indian snack food company, who will become the owner-occupier.
The logistics-focused REIT made a 21% profit on the sale. The warehouse was originally bought in September 2017 as part of a portfolio.
