Urban&Civic has appointed Bill Holland as non-executive director and will take on the role on 6 February.

Holland will also act as chair of the audit committee, replacing Ian Barlow who will step down on 6 February.

Barlow will continue in his role as senior independent director.

Prior to the new role, Holland was a partner at KPMG where he had audit responsibility for a number of major housebuilding and property company  clients. He is also a non-executive director of CLS Holdings and Ground Rents Income Fund.
