Developer Urbanize Homes has received the green light from Stockport Council to build the town’s tallest-ever building.
Urbanize has secured planning approval for the £30m GDV mixed-use development at Piccadilly in Stockport. The scheme will comprise of 164 apartments across 14 storeys with retail space on the ground floor.
