US investor makes UK debut with King William St buy

Beltane Asset Management and Angelo Gordon have exchanged contracts for the sale of 24 King William Street to an American investor client of Ella Valley Capital in an off-market transaction, Property Week can reveal.

The duo acquired the City of London mixed-use building from Mitsui & Co for £25.5m in 2013 before completing an extensive reconstruction and refurbishment. The refurbishment completed in December 2017 to convert the building to offering 80,871 sq ft of new retail and office accommodation.
