Washington D.C. architectural visualisation proptech Voxel Worlds has opened an office in Ireland as it seeks to woo European clients.
The firm intends to attract more real estate developers to use its 3D rendering services, be it for an office project, residential estate or industrial building.
“The move comes after getting more demand from European clients, who are keener to utilize the photorealistic 3D renders,” said Max Agrad, co-founder and president of Voxel Worlds.
The firm has partnered with French office developer M2DG in the past and plans to launch a website to serve clients 3D floor plans.
“The goal is to reduce the lead-time and automate the process to make it accessible to independent professionals who might not have the ability to have their own 3D artists,” Agrad said, and “disrupt the real estate industry by creating new digital products that real estate developers can use to attract more clients.”
