UTF man calls for new mix on brownfield schemes

David Lunts, chief executive of the Prince’s Foundation and a member of the UTF, told the environment select committee that there is too much affordable housing on many brownfield sites, and development plans should be relaxed to avoid the concentration of low-income households.
