Vail Williams has acquired Surrey-based commercial property consultancy New Ballerino, in its second company deal of 2018.
New Ballerino is based in Chertsey and has a niche client base focused around Surrey and the Home Counties. Vail Williams said the deal would assist it in its “continued plans to expand [its] business operations across the South of England,” and strengthen its business space capabilities in the region.
New Ballerino was owned by Steve New, who has previously worked for Vail Williams and will return to the firm as a partner. He will be joined by New Ballerino surveyor, Elliot McNish and project co-ordinator Natalie Cummins.
