Vastint unveils plans for first phase of 26-acre Sugar House site

Developer Vastint UK has unveiled plans for the first phase of its 26-acre Sugar House site which sits next to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in east London.

Phase one will see the creation of a workspace quarter, called Dane’s Yard, which will feature 88,000 sq ft of workspace across eight buildings targeted for lettings to the creative industries, alongside with retail units.
