VIA Outlets to acquire £109m Norwegian outlet

VIA Outlets has signed an agreement to acquire Norwegian Outlet Oslo from family-owned Glastad Holding and Fortus AS for a net price of 1.1bn Norwegian kroner (£109.15m).
