Virgin Media has appointed CBRE to find a new 120,000 sq ft head office in the South East.

CBRE has taken over the instruction from Savills and will help the British telecommunications giant move its headquarters from its current base at Bartley Wood Business Park in Hook, Hampshire.

Virgin Media has been scoping for locations around the M4 since late 2016 and it was rumoured in May that the company was looking closely at Reading.
