Wain Estates sells units at Manchester’s Carrington Gateway for £20m

Developer Wain Estates has sold three units at Carrington Gateway, the industrial development at its Carrington Estate in Manchester, to real estate private equity firm Cabot Properties for around £20m, according to market sources.
