Walton under fire over Liverpool site plans

Louise Ellman, MP for Liverpool Riverside, has asked deputy prime minister John Prescott to look into a £4.4m DoE grant awarded to the developer in 1992 for the regeneration of Exchange Flags, an office development that has remained vacant for a decade.
