Third-party logistics operator Warehouse One Distribution has sublet a 150,000 sq ft unit in Winsford, Cheshire from box manufacturer Schoeller Allibert.

Constructed in 2008, the unit is a detached purpose-built distribution facility located on Winsford Industrial Estate on the boundary of Cheshire West and Chester.
