Warehouse REIT makes double acquisition

John Lewis distribution centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate

Warehouse REIT has exchanged contracts to acquire a multi-unit estate in Northampton let to John Lewis and a multi-let industrial estate in Aberdeen.

Fresh from £150m capital raise, the company has splashed £37m on two industrial estates.
