Listed industrial investor Warehouse REIT has secured planning permission for change of use on 16 acres of its land at the Queenslie Park industrial estate in Glasgow where it plans to create a £25m GDV mixed-use scheme.
The proposed scheme will deliver up to 250,000 sq ft of mixed-use developments comprising logistics, industrial, commercial, storage, retail and hospitality space located ajacent to the M8 motorway which links the cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
