Warner buys Norfolk House

Warner Estate has has paid Tesco £14.8m for the freehold of the 54,000 sq ft (5.017 sq m) Norfolk House in Manchester for its Regional Office Fund with Royal Bank of Scotland. Lewis Ellis advised Warner, King Sturge acted for the vendor.   ...
