Warner Estate Holdings today completed a brace of London office purchases totalling £46.85m
It has bought 2 America Square and 16 Upper Woburn Place.
The 46,481 sq ft (4,318 sq m) office at 2 America Square in the City was purchased from London & Regional Holdings for £25.1m, reflecting a yield of 5.91%.
The 40,363 sq ft (3,749 sq m) 16 Upper Woburn Place near Euston Station and Russell Square was bought from Investream for £21.75m. The deal reflected a yield of 5.03%.
