Washington law firm takes four floors at 22 Bishopsgate

Law firm Covington & Burling has taken 86,000 sq ft at AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets’ flagship development in the City of London.

The firm has taken four floors in the 1.4m sq ft 22 Bishopsgate. The scheme is being managed and developed by AXA IM - Real Assets, on behalf of an international consortium of investors, with Lipton Rogers Developments retained as developer.
