ORM has unveiled its plans for a seven storey office building on Waterloo Road in London.

The £12m scheme is designed by HKR Architects, comprises a 31,100 sq ft mixed-use scheme which will replace an existing four-storey building. It will incorporate 30,000 sq ft of office space and 1,100 sq ft of retail space.

The site is opposite to the Grade ll listed Peabody Estate and on the boundary of the St George’s Circus Conservation Area.

Construction is due to start in early 2010.
