The deal with the UK’s biggest landlord, done at a 3% discount to the 31 December 1999 valuation, was completed on Monday, leaving Prudential with an exposure to around £1bn of assets in the City market including its holdings at Little Britain and Christ Church Court next to Paternoster Square.
