Westfield trio to merge into £14bn global giant

The Sydney-based owner of 123 malls across the US, Australia, the UK and New Zealand is merging the assets of Westfield Holdings, the manager and developer of the malls, with Westfield America Trust and Westfield Trust, which own the assets.
