Westminster City Council has granted planning consent to the Blackstone Group to convert eight properties in Grosvenor Crescent, Belgravia, from offices into flats. The 70,000 ft (6,503 sq m) 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent, built in the 1830s as private homes, was the headquarters of the British Red Cross for 60 years.
