Flexible workspace giant WeWork has leased the entirety of Green REIT’s newly developed Dublin office building at 5 Harcourt Road.
This newly developed office building in Dublin city centre is due for completion in July 2018 and comprises 50,000 sq ft of space over seven floors. WeWork has taken the full space in the building to become an anchor tenant in Dublin 2 with having signed a 20-year lease with no break options, at an annual rent of €3m.n
