WeWork has teamed up with two investors to buy Blackstone’s 13-building Devonshire Square estate in the City of London for around £580m.
The co-working giant made the purchase of the 620,000 sq ft campus along with property investment managers TH Real Estate and Dutch pension fund PFA Ejendomme.
WeWork’s senior executive Rich Gomel described Devonshire Square as a “transformational and iconic asset”.
