WHP Telecoms dials in for new HQ at Birchwood Park

Patrizia UK has secured national telecoms infrastructure business WHP Telecoms for a new headquarters office at Birchwood Park in Warrington.

Relocating from St James’s Court in Warrington, the firm has taken 19,000 sq ft on the first floor of 401 Faraday Street within the business park. The new office, which will accommodate 190 employees, has been fitted out to WHP’s specifications including an open plan layout with agile and collaborative working areas.
