Wickes signs second-largest shed deal

Wickes, the second-largest DIY business in the UK with 430 stores, signed up last week for the 130,000 sq ft (12,077 sq m) Maximate building on a 10-year lease at around £7/sq ft (£75.38/sq m), with a five-year break option and an initial rent-free period.
