Windsor’s L&A Benefit package

Los Angeles-based cosmetics retailer Benefit has taken a 476 sq ft store at London & Associated Properties’ King Edward Court in Windsor on a 10-year lease at £45,000 a year, joining new tenants such as Dorothy Perkins. GCW advised the landlord.
