WMCA acquires seven acre Darlaston site

Brownfield developer St Francis Group has sold a seven acre plot of land at Bentley Point in Darlaston to the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).

WMCA has purchased the land with the intention to develop a new railway station for Darlaston, located just outside of Willenhall and two and half miles from Walsall town centre in the West Midlands.
