Woking council green-lights 630-home development

Plans to develop around 630 new homes for sale and for rent on a housing estate in Woking, Surrey have been given planning permission by the local council.

The masterplan will see the existing number of homes on the 74-acre site double from 570 to around 1200, less than half of which will be affordable.
