Workspace has appointed Stephen Hubbard as non-executive chairman.
Hubbard’s post will take effect on 9 July 2020. He is currently a non-executive director at Workspace
Hubbard was chairman of CBRE UK until the start of this year and has served at CBRE since 1976 where he has also held the position of head of EMEA and UK Capital Market. He is also non-executive chairman at LXi REIT.
Chief executive at Workspace, Graham Clemett said: “I am delighted that Stephen has been appointed as our next chairman. As a current non-executive director of the company and previous chairman of CBRE UK, he brings in-depth knowledge of both Workspace and the wider property market.”
Hubbard added: “Workspace is one of the leading companies in the flexible office market, and I am pleased to take on the role of chairman at this exciting stage of the company’s growth. I look forward to working with a strong management team under our new CEO and taking Workspace forward to further growth and success.”
