Flexible office operator Workspace Group has exchanged on a deal to sell Bow Office Exchange to a residential developer for £11m.
The sale, to an unnamed developer, will complete on vacant possession, which is expected to be achieved in Autumn 2019.
The site, located in east London, comprises 37,000 sq ft of workshop and light industrial space and has been sold without planning for a potential residential redevelopment. The sale price is at a net premium of 10% to the latest valuation of the scheme.
