Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors installs new top team alongside push for ‘diversity’

The Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors has appointed a new top team, including Cushman & Wakefield’s Digby Flower, to the roles of master, senior warden, junior warden and renter warden alongside a 10-year plan for increasing diversity.

Flower, UK and Ireland chair at Cushman, has taken the role of master; John Woodman, senior partner at Malcolm Hollis, has taken the role of senior warden; Ken Morgan, investment director at Ashton Rose, has taken the role of junior warden; and James Bryer, partner at HP Four, has taken the role of renter warden.
