ZARA and Goldsmiths take space at Bath’s SouthGate

British Land and Aviva Investors have signed 37,000 sq ft of space to Spanish fashion retailer ZARA and jeweller Goldsmiths at their jointly owned SouthGate shopping centre in Bath, Somerset.
