Fashion chain Zara has agreed to open a new store at Hammerson’s Union Square development in Aberdeen.
The brand, which already has eight stores in Scotland, will open a 14,450 sq ft shop at the 700,000 sq ft shopping centre.
Zara, which is owned by the Spanish Inditex Group, will be located in the main fashion mall opposite an 18,400 sq ft Next shop.
It joins other high street names at the store including New Look, Burtons, Dorothy Perkins and H&M.
Union Square is due to open in Autumn this year.
Lunson Mitchenall and Culverwell acted on behalf of Hammerson and Zara was represented by Harper Dennis Hobbs.
